Fat Without the Liposuction: alloClae at Promotional Pricing Through November 30

Fat transfer has one catch. You have to have the fat.

For years my thinnest patients, and my most-operated ones, had nothing I could offer but an implant or a synthetic filler. alloClae changed that: donated human fat, processed to keep its structure, placed in the office under local anesthesia. No liposuction.

Through November 30, 2026, or while supplies last, it is at promotional pricing in my practice, from $3,850. The first five patients treated during the promotion receive a $500 rebate from Tiger Aesthetics, the company that makes alloClae, paid by the company after treatment. Every price includes everything under local anesthesia; IV sedation, if you want it, adds an anesthesia cost. The full price list by volume is on the APS post.

Who Asks for It

“The first patient actually had enough fat in the flank area, so we could have done a BBL. But he is a professional who did not have any downtime and wanted to get back to work the next day. He preferred alloClae, since it is done with local anesthesia and he can return to work the next day and to exercise within a week. He favored this type of procedure and liked it so much that he repeated it a few months later for further volume.”

“The second type of patient is usually someone who has already had multiple BBLs and liposuction procedures, so there truly isn’t any donor fat the patient can provide from their own body. At this point, we have to rely on biomodulators like Sculptra. But as soon as alloClae came out, it became a much better option, since it feels like fat, tends to last much, much longer, and is more predictable.”

Where It Goes

“The most common places we’re using it are in the breast, in liposuction contour irregularities, and in the buttock, especially for projection or to fill in the hip dips. We’re performing this procedure at least two to four times per week, so it has become a very popular therapy.”

It is a refinement tool. It does not build a whole new buttock, and if that is the ask, I say so.

The Regulatory Line, Said Correctly

“alloClae did not skip FDA approval, because donor grafts do not go through the same FDA channel as drugs. They do have to comply with strict FDA guidelines.”

An FDA-regulated human tissue allograft. Not “FDA cleared.” I want my patients repeating the right sentence. The long version is in my alloClae explainer.
